Terms and Conditions

Thank you for registering for the NRA CCW Course. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

Registration

• All participants must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to possess a firearm in the state of Maryland.
• MD Law prohibits those who have a MD Medical Marijuana Card to obtain a CCW- If you have your Medical Marijuana card please do not register for this class as you will not be certified. 
• Registrants must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of legal residency in Maryland.

Payment

• Payment for the course must be made in full no later than 72 hrs prior to the start of class.
• Refunds will issued on a case by case basis. 

Attendance

• All participants must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to class start time to allow time to complete necessary paperwork and range waiver.
• Class will start promptly at start time.
• Participants who arrive late may be asked to reschedule for a future course date.

Liability

• All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in this course.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety equipment, including eye and ear protection, unless discussed prior to class. 

Certification

• Participants must successfully complete all course requirements to receive certification.
• Participants who do not meet the minimum proficiency standards may be required to retake the course at an additional cost.

Safety

1. Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors at all times.
2. No live ammunition is allowed in the classroom. All firearms must be unloaded and in a secure case when not on the range.
3. Participants are responsible for bringing their own eyes and ears protection, as well as paying any range fees associated with the course.
4. Participants are allowed to bring their own pistol and ammunition, rent a pistol at the range, or use one of the pistols provided by the instructors.
5. Participants must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding the carrying and use of firearms.
6. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the course if they are found to be in violation of any safety rules or behaving inappropriately.
