About This Event
The NRA New Shooter Seminar exposes new gun owners and those looking to learn about the fundamentals of firearm safety all while being presented in a relaxed environment with opportunities to ask all your firearms related questions. This is a 60–90-minute presentation where you will learn about firearms and ammunition safety, safe storage, function, and operation; as well as what to look for when selecting a firearm, how local ranges operate and what to expect when you show up for the first time. This seminar does not include any live fire.
Our goal is to highlight the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential for selecting, safely handling, storing and cleaning a firearm.
